What is fiskalizacija?
Fiskalizacija is the process of registering invoices with the Croatian tax authority (CIS) and obtaining a JIR code, as required by law for B2C sales.
Do I need a FINA certificate?
Yes. The app uses your FINA-issued .pfx or .p12 certificate to communicate securely with the tax authority. You upload it once in the app Settings.
When are orders fiscalized?
Paid orders can be fiscalized automatically via webhook, or you can select orders in the Export section and fiscalize or export them manually.
Is my data safe?
Certificate and company data are stored securely. Invoice data is sent to the official Croatian tax authority (CIS) for fiskalizacija only.
